The U.S. wants to hitch every other liberal democracy in adopting a primary privateness regulation. However, as newer applied sciences proceed to evade controls that haven’t yet been sufficiently modernized to control them, world governance structure continues to weaken. An alternative method, which the Biden administration appears to be pursuing, is to create overlapping coalitions of like-minded governments — working bilaterally with the European Union, the Quad, AUKUS, and individual Graphic Design countries. This allows the United States to rigorously tailor the agenda to mirror the priorities of the opposite party.
